Technical/Functional Features
1. Equipment Qualification:
Adopting an integral body structure and applying bending technology on the side of the body to increase the torsional strength of the equipment, it has low vibration and high stability during operation, extending the service life of the equipment and enhancing the aesthetic design of the machine.
2. Strong polishing ability:
The machine is designed with dual polishing rollers, and one motor can drive the upper and lower polishing mechanisms, reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency. It can achieve parallel polishing (with an hourly processing output of 12 tons), series polishing (modern multi-stage light polishing technology improves the overall cleanliness and smoothness of rice surface), and single roller independent polishing (when production demand is low), truly realizing multiple functions of one machine.
3. Low temperature and low crushing rate:
The unique polishing chamber design results in low rice temperature and low breakage. Due to the longer flow time of the double roller polished rice inside the polishing chamber, the temperature of the rice increases. Therefore, a design with a winch is adopted, which allows the rice to enter the winch after passing through one polishing chamber, and slowly be sent to the second polishing chamber through the winch tube to reduce the temperature of the rice.
4. Spray, temperature system:
High pressure gas nozzle for feeding, evenly moistening rice, and stable water volume. The temperature difference between the four seasons is large, and the temperature in the polishing room during the processing is affected by the irregular collision and flow between the rice roller and the rice grains, as well as between the rice grains and the rice sieve, which generates heat and affects the polishing accuracy. Automatic constant temperature water addition can effectively control the water temperature and improve this problem.
5. Automatic feeding and overload protection:
When the buffer hopper reaches the machinable level, the automatic feeding is started, and the spray rice moistening is started for production. After the raw grain processing is completed, the feeding door can automatically close, or the main machine can automatically cut off the feeding when the load is too high, to avoid adding load to the feeding.
6. Accurate traffic control:
By adopting the electric material gate control method, the flow rate can be controlled more quickly, accurately, and conveniently, replacing the inaccurate problem of traditional manual adjustment of flow rate.
7. Automatic water and gas supply:
If there is too much feed due to human error or unstable flow rate in the previous process, water and raw grains will mix and block the machine. The current controlled water technology will automatically shut down the water and gas, and the water pump and magnetic valve will automatically start to supply water and gas after the raw grain flow rate is normal.
