Technical/Functional Features

1. Equipment stability:

Adopting an upper and lower split body structure, the reinforced steel plate body increases the torsional strength of the equipment, resulting in low vibration and high stability during operation, prolonging the service life of the equipment, and enhancing the aesthetic design of the machine appearance.

2. Strong polishing ability:

This machine is designed with dual polishing rollers, and one motor can drive the upper and lower polishing mechanisms, reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency. It can be used for series polishing (modern multi-stage light polishing technology improves the overall cleanliness and smoothness of rice surface).

3. Low temperature and low crushing rate:

The unique polishing chamber design results in low rice temperature and low breakage. And it adopts a winless design, with a simple structure and low failure rate.

4. Automatic feeding and overload protection:

When the buffer hopper reaches the machinable level, the automatic feeding is started, and the spray rice moistening is started for production. After the raw grain processing is completed, the feeding door can automatically close, or the main machine can automatically cut off the feeding when the load is too high, to avoid adding load to the feeding.

5. Accurate traffic control:

By adopting the electric material gate control method, the flow rate can be controlled more quickly, accurately, and conveniently, replacing the inaccurate problem of traditional manual adjustment of flow rate.

6. Automatic water and gas supply:

If there is too much feed due to human error or unstable flow rate in the previous process, water and raw grains will mix and block the machine, and the current controlled water technology will automatically cut off water and gas. After the raw grain flow rate is normal, the water pump and magnetic valve will automatically start to supply water and gas.
